The ROLE:
As a key player in our team, the Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of our high-quality offerings. Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in restaurant management, with a preference for candidates with a background in upscale dining or similar
Knowledge of industry trends, culinary innovations, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost controls
Experience in restaurant-level marketing strategies is a PLUS but not required
Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
