We are looking for experienced Front of House Managers with a big personalities to help lead and inspire our team. Positions available include Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager and Bar Manager across the group.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Help to Develop and train a highly efficient and capable team
- Maintain professional and high level customer service standards both internal and external
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
- Create and maintain customer relationships
- Developing cocktails and curating wine lists
- Key KPI's including GOP and COGs
You will have a genuine passion for food, wine, people and the overall hospitality experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a management or supervisory role in a high volume, table service restaurant establishment
- Knowledge of food operations and wine appreciation
- Experience in an Assistant Restaurant Manager/Supervisor role in an establishment with a large team and high cover numbers.
- The ability to engage with guests and quickly establish rapport in intimate service settings
- Demonstrated and exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated capabilities in various computer software programs including POS and Reservation Systems
- Capability to troubleshoot problems and provide good solutions quickly in accordance with the company brand
The venue locations lend to strong weekend trade including Sundays. The applicant must be willing to work nights and weekends. The applicant must also be willing to relocate to Townsville, North Queensland.
