Hiring Restaurant Front-of-House Supervisor /Manager
We are sincerely recruiting a Restaurant Front-of-House Manager to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team. As the Front-of-House Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Below are the main responsibilities for this position:
• Relevant restaurant management experience, with a preference for those with front-of-house management experience.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry and a profound understanding of customer service.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle peak hours and challenges.
• Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus.
• Passionate about hospitality and have at least 3 years experience in FOH management in a premium casual dining restaurant.
