Spartan School World, a retail division of Spartan Pty Ltd, is a rapidly growing school uniform retailer. Born in 2019 with the opening of our flagship store in Bayswater, we now have 5 stores around suburban Melbourne, servicing 65 schools.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join the team at our Bayswater North office. 

Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, duties include:

• Replenishing store stock via transfer orders
• Creating new production orders 
• Onboarding new school accounts (data entry, Excel uploads)
• Adding and modifying web content (Shopify)
• Creating price lists
• Answering phone and email enquiries from customers
• General updates to our POS system (Retail Express)
• Generating and printing shop tickets
• Occasionally assisting on the shop floor
• Assisting in other areas on the business during peak periods (fulfilling web orders, etc)

The person:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid MS Office skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible and work to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work well in a team
