The Role comprises of the following duties:
- Guest Experience: Understand how to deliver exemplary guest experience. This incredible new venue will feel warm and welcoming with a casual tone of engagement. Underpinned by knowledgeable, professional execution.
- Passion for product: Support the extraordinary team of chefs and guarantee you and your teams have a detailed knowledge of the product.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations in line with the restaurant's high standards.
- Extensive Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including detailed descriptions of dishes, ingredients, sourcing, and wine pairings, to offer informed recommendations and enhance the dining experience.
- Wine and Beverage Service: Offer expert wine and beverage recommendations, assisting guests in selecting suitable pairings and confidently presenting and pouring wine with precision.
- Flawless Order Execution: Take precise food and beverage orders, accurately recording guest preferences and dietary restrictions, and liaise effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless order execution.
