Not only will you oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, but you'll also provide essential support to the Sales team. The Duties:
- Welcoming and onboarding new team members
- Efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments
- Providing exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression
- Ensuring our meeting rooms are ready to impress clients
- Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Preparing reports
- Processing agency agreements
- Listing properties across various channels
- Organizing keys for property management
- Keeping insurance records up to date
The Candidate:
- Highly organized and efficient
- Previous reception or administrative experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
