The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Executive Assistant - The Head Office Receptionist serves as the face of Bingo and is responsible for ensuring guests to the business are greeted and screened appropriately.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide a superior customer service experience with a positive attitude.
  • Ensure all visitors to the site are signed in and out.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls for all staff members and take messages when appropriate.
  • Perform general typing and administrative assignments including scanning filling, and data entry as and when required.
  • Assist with travel as and when required.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the management and staff.
  • Manage and supervise the maintenance of a clean kitchen.
  • Coordinate the ordering and delivery of meals during meetings over breakfast and lunch when required.
  • Assist with the ordering of stationery and office items as and when required.
  • Manage the Boardroom and all meeting rooms to ensure they are always clean, and the fridge is stocked.
  • Abide by all company policies, procedures, and processes.

Your skills and experience:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or prior front end reception experience.
  • Working knowledge of data and administrative practices and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively apply clerical practices and procedures.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business administration principles.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office).
  • Ability to take initiative and follow through to completion of projects and tasks.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate people internally and externally.
