About The Role
The Office Administrator is to provide assistance to the CFO and Operations Manager taking charge of all general office duties and general reception duties in a timely and coordinated manner.

Perfect role for anyone who likes a bit of autonomy but also contributing to the operations and growth of a family business.
You'll have:
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and general computer operations.
Minimum 5 years previous administration experience.
Able to operate phone system, fax machine, photocopier & computer systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High level of time management, organisational and multitasking skills.
Self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
