Crown TowersFront Office team.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Providing a personalised, seamless experience for our guests
- Providing efficient check in and check out services for our guests
- Having an in depth knowledge of our hotels and facilities
- A strong attention to detail for the smooth operation of the hotel front desk
About youYou'll bring the following:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in front desk or reservations in a premium hotel
- Knowledge of a hotel property management system, preferably OPERA
Additional InformationThis role requires:- Ability to work a 24/7 rotational roster including weekends and overnight shifts
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under pressure
- A strong focus on team work and collaboration
