SalaryThis a part time permanent position. 3 days a week with immediate start.
We are a small private practice in Duncraig looking to hire a dental receptionist to cater to our busy practice. We have been in the area since the past 40 years and have steady, loyal and mature patient base.
We are looking for a person qualified as a cert 3 or 4 dental assistant wanting to progress to a managerial role.
You must
- have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to hold a conversation with the patients and work as team.
- help the dental assistants with setting up the room/steri as and when needed
- assist the dentists when needed (occasionally)
- help the nurse with steri
- be able to process accounts, make appointments and do the banking
- know dental 4 windows (admin and clinical side)
- have attention to details and ability to prioritize
- be punctual and reliable.
- be able to check the stock and assist with the ordering.
Remuneration will be based on your experience.
