Front Office & Customer Service person

Thursdays 8am – 5pm

Duties:

•Provide a high standard of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

•Processing check-in/out, day to day office administration, liaising with housekeeping, other staff and resident/guests.

•Accurate data entry for reservations/accounts purposes.

Requirements:

•Previous FRONT OFFICE experience highly regarded.

•Proficient computer skills (knowledge of RMS/booking systems highly regarded).

•Current Drivers Licence.

•Flexibility to work alternative days/times as required.
