The Front Office Manager is a critical role in support and accountability for the operational functions in the reception aspect of the business. Your involvement will have a significant impact on the overall outcomes of the team and your hard work will be rewarded in this dynamic, fast paced and fun environment. This highly fulfilling role will require you to be proactive and use your initiative and will enable you to take responsibility for multiple aspects of the administration process.

By joining our team you will be the first point of contact at the Front Office and you will work with all members of our team to ensure the day to day operations of our business run smoothly. You will be the key communication link to management and other offices. To be considered for this role you should be an energetic and enthusiastic person who has a willingness to learn and prides themselves on their excellent communication skills and personal presentation. Must have a certificate of registration or real estate licence.
On a daily basis, the successful candidate will be:
Handling incoming calls and redirecting
Answering enquiries, liaising to find relevant staff contacts, or taking messages
Greeting staff and visitors
Management of stationary and supplies
Assisting with all Sales Support adminstrative tasks
Ad-hoc tasks and projects
