Quest Goulburn is a 63-room property located in Goulburn, New South Wales.  Quest Goulburn is centrally located within the CBD & Goulburn Train Station.

Quest Goulburn now has an exciting opportunity available for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team on a full time or casual basis.

The Role

Quest’s Front Office receptionists are highly valued members of the team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.

The position involves all aspects of Front Office Reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service while checking in and out guests.  Respond to accommodation enquiries via the phone, email or in person; promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, assisting corporate and leisure guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicants will demonstrate a passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting, selling and closing accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with Front Office booking systems, strong attention to detail, and a high standard of personal presentation.

Previous Front Office/reception experience in a hotel / serviced apartment property environment is essential.  Experience within the Quest network together with sales and industry qualifications will be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
