This large busy park comes with swimming pool, playground and great BBQ areas for those family get togethers. The RoleWe are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:Providing a high standard of customer service
Processing guest check-ins and outs
Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
Completing the day-to-day office administration
Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
