Front Office Receptionist - Tourism Resort

Mandalay Holiday Resort is a well established family owned and operated Tourism Resort located in Busselton, WA.

We are focused on making life long memories for our guests and are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, friendly, hard working person in a casual Front Office reception position.

Joining our Front Office team, the position involves all aspects of Front Office reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation inquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, assisting guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.

The successful applicant must possess:

• Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role.
• Reservation System Experience e.g., Newbook preferable, although training will be provided for the successful applicant.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
• High level of communication and written skills.
• Cash handling experience.
• Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition.
• Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
• Available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster between 8am and 8pm including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays (days/times will vary each week). Standard shifts are 6 hours per shift and successful applicant would start on a roster of 3 - 4 shifts per week. 
• Ideally be available for an immediate start.
