AddressThe specialist periodontists at Brisbane City Periodontics & Implants (BCPI) have provided all aspects of periodontal therapy (treatment of gum disease) including regenerative procedures, dental implant surgery and bone and soft tissue augmentation using the latest clinical research and technologies since 1979.
Due to growing demand for services, we need an additional part-time senior dental receptionist to join our Front Office team to ensure they are adequately supported and able to continue providing exceptional care and service for our patients and referring healthcare professionals.
Our successful applicants will;
- be a supportive and caring professionals who embraces teamwork.
- have experience working as a receptionist or administrator within a busy dental, medical or customer service environment.
- have excellent, written and verbal communication skills.
- be able to multi-task and manage a large volume of work.
- have exceptional diary management skills.
- have a keen eye for details.
- have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

You must be available to work 4 days per week, from 7:45am to 5:15pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday in our Brisbane City & Upper Mount Gravatt clinics, on a rotational basis.
