Role Overview
Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth functioning of reception. You will play a key role being the face of the brand and leading a team dedicated to providing superior guest service. You will be collaborative in your approach and interested in developing and up-skilling team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front desk team and ensure efficient and courteous service
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, and resident enquiries
- Train and mentor front desk staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resident satisfaction
- Assist in managing room inventory, rates, and occupancy levels
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Front Office or guest service role within the hospitality industry, preferably hotel accommodation
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Strong leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software
- Dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering a positive team environment
This role may be required to work on weekends as per rostering and business needs.
