The RoleAs the Front Office Supervisor, you will work closely with the Front of House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel's front desk, concierge, and guest services. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring that all guests are welcomed warmly, check-in and check-out processes are efficient, and guest requests are handled promptly and effectively.
