The multi award winning68 room Boutique Hotel is eagerly seeking an experienced & passionate full-time Front Office Supervisorto join our growing team and help us continue offering Gambaro hospitality in our Brisbane Hotel. Reporting to Hotel Manager, you will help deliver incredible guest experiences in line with our reputation.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in 4- or 5- star Hotel or Resort
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Preferably have experience using Protel or Opera PMS
- Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence
- Hold a current QLD RSA Certificate
- Display outstanding customer service skills
- Be able to work under pressure with a high attention to detail
- Display excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Display a high standard of grooming and personal presentation
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office suite and other hospitality software)
- Possess the ability to perform Reservations and Cashier duties
- Be punctual, reliable and flexible over a seven-day roster
