We have a current vacancy for an experienced Front Office Supervisor to work closely with the Front Office management team and be responsible for the smooth running of the Front Office department whilst ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.

About the role
- Supervising the operations of the Front Office/reception area
- Responding to guests requests, enquiries & complaints
- Overseeing the management of ledgers, house accounts & late charges
- Assisting in overseeing and managing room allocations & check-in
- Managing efficient & effective communication systems
About you
- Excellent and natural communication
- Previous 12 months experience in this role within a Hotel or a Resort Guest Services within a 4-5 star International Hotel
- Confidence in leading the team in the absence of the manager
- A passion for service delivery
- Self motivated and confident in taking the initiative
- Excellent presentation skills
- Open Driver Licence
