We are seeking a hands-on and relationship focussed full-time Front Office Supervisor for Quattro Apartments. In this role, you'll be the face of the property, providing exceptional service from reservation to check-in and check-out. Your warm welcome and attention to detail will ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour
- Assist guests with phone and online reservations, check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and special arrangements
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Assist owner-occupiers and rental tenants with their building-related queries
- Arrange repairs and maintenance to apartments and common areas
- Ordering of linen and guest amenities
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality experience is a must, hotel guest services is a plus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 Star Customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (training provided)
- Flexibility to work various days of the week (8.30am - 5.00pm)
- Ability to work autonomously
