Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on and relationship focussed full-time Front Office Supervisor for Quattro Apartments. In this role, you'll be the face of the property, providing exceptional service from reservation to check-in and check-out. Your warm welcome and attention to detail will ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour
• Assist guests with phone and online reservations, check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and special arrangements
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Ensure accurate billing and payment processing
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
• Assist owner-occupiers and rental tenants with their building-related queries
• Arrange repairs and maintenance to apartments and common areas
• Ordering of linen and guest amenities

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality experience is a must, hotel guest services is a plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 5 Star Customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in using hotel management software (training provided)
• Flexibility to work various days of the week (8.30am - 5.00pm)
• Ability to work autonomously
