AddressAs a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's front desk and guest services. You will be responsible for leading and supervising the Front Office team, overseeing daily operations, and providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is located at our Monkey Mia Resort, in the Shark Bay World Heritage Area, alongside the picturesque Francois Peron National Park. The Resort is one of the leading remote resorts in the country which caters for up to 1200 guests.

What will you be doing?
- Delivering effective leadership to the Front Office team to ensure they are engaged and enabled to deliver excellent standards of service to the guests at the resort.
- Be a point of contact for property rules, security systems, fire, health and safety and emergency procedures.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guests' requests or resolve any issues promptly.
- Assisting with the operations of the Resort as well as assist with reporting for management review.
What are we looking for in you?
- Experience managing or supervising teams in reception, Front Office or reservations.
- Proven experience in a similar role and in a guest orientated environment.
- Reliable, accountable and able to problem solve with the ability to manage time and work autonomously unsupervised.
- Able to attend to guest requests and deliver a high level of service with a friendly approach.
- Be able to work evening shifts if required.
