What will you be doing?
- Delivering effective leadership to the Front Office team to ensure they are engaged and enabled to deliver excellent standards of service to the guests at the resort.
- Be a point of contact for property rules, security systems, fire, health and safety and emergency procedures.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guests' requests or resolve any issues promptly.
- Assisting with the operations of the Resort as well as assist with reporting for management review.
What are we looking for in you?
- Experience managing or supervising teams in reception, Front Office or reservations.
- Proven experience in a similar role and in a guest orientated environment.
- Reliable, accountable and able to problem solve with the ability to manage time and work autonomously unsupervised.
- Able to attend to guest requests and deliver a high level of service with a friendly approach.
- Be able to work evening shifts if required.
