We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to make the Front Reception role their own!
We are a busy Caravan, Horse Float, Trailer, anything that you can tow repair and upgrade business in Euroa, Victoria. Knowledge of camping and horses etc is not necessary, you will learn as you go.
You will be the first person in the role and be setting up the procedures and processes to help make the business run smoothly.
Task and expectations (in an air conditioned room) but not limited to this list.
Front Office Reception - Meeting and greeting Clients.
Confident on the Phone - Customers, suppliers
Data Entry for: XERO and Mechanics desk. Experience is a bonus but training will be provided
Taking Bookings and suppling quotes
Packing orders and shipping
Text reminders
Taking payments, creating invoices, paying outstanding invoices
Updating stock on website
Some Social Media updating - experience not necessary
Cleaning
To be able to work Autonomously, as well as in a team
Trading hours of the workshop are strictly Monday- Friday 8.30 - 4.30pm. We are not open public holidays, we are not open on weekends. Role can be fulltime or parttime can be flexible for end and start times, however you must be able to start at 9am at the latest.
