Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and organisation of the office environment, ensuring it is tidy, efficient, and conducive to productivity.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with suppliers for office equipment maintenance and repairs.
Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to field team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
Financial Duties:
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and invoicing.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
