Seeking a full-time salary chef to join our team.
The position will be a Full time chef.
Salary: $71,000+superannuation
We seek applicant who:
- Has experience create high quality food, and maintains high standards
- Has strong leadership skills with the ability to create a motivating environment
- Has experience in breakfast , lunch and dinner.
- Experience cooking and managing a kitchen team
- Understanding of food health, safety and handling procedures
- Is an excellent multi-tasker with good initiative
- Has excellent inter-personal skills, maintaining a calm demeanour in high-pressure situation.
- Help headache to create seasonal menu design and on-going dish development
- Seeks to further their skillset and food knowledge by showcasing local produce
- Must be able to work on weekends and rotating roster.
Experience required:
- Must have certificate IV in commercial cookery
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef.
