• Ensure food preparation areas are clean, sanitised, and organised at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth and efficient operations during service hours
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or café setting
• Proficiency in preparing a variety of cuisines, including breakfast, brunch, lunch, and light snacks
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
