We are seeking a full-time Data Entry Clerk/Administration Assistant to join our team and provide support to Karina Goodall, Practice Group Leader.
As a Data Entry Clerk/Administration Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our operations by managing DATA ENTRY and administrative tasks.
The primary tasks of the position will include:-
- Saving a high volume of emails into the central database and client files
- Cataloguing emails with appropriate labelling for ease of reference
- Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
- Opening files
- Creating documents in our document management system
- Saving documents to our document management system
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following skills:
- Data entry experience.
- Being comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Ability to multitask, quickly learn on the job and work independently.
- Strong MS Office Skills.
- High accuracy with typing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
Flexible work arrangements available for the right long-term candidate.
