Apex Holdings Aus Pty Ltd is looking for full-time Corporate Services Manager to join our group.
Successful applicant is expected to part of our executive team with the responsibility to provide strategic planning, operational support, and research, and advice to senior management on administrative matters, including staff management, financial planning, and facilities management.
Job duties as follows:
Responsible for carrying out analysis on complex resource management issues and initiatives that concern the organization, and prepare associated reports, correspondence, and submissions to senior management
advise and manage financial matters and help with budgets and financial projections
develop policies, rules and guidelines for the whole organisation, and responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive corporate security policy
offer advice and support to senior management
negotiate on behalf of the organisation and represent the company at public events
analyse complex issues and do inspection to assess risks associated with the business, and develop solutions in the form of plans and strategies
prepare reports and submissions about the organisation's resources and operations
Help with staff management, including directing, managing, and developing the capacity of administrative staff to guarantee smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor Degree or above qualification required, and at least 5-8 years’ relevant work experience;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent organizational conflict resolution skills;
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
Excellent project management skills;
Mandarin speaking and writing preferred;
