We are seeking a passionate and caring health professional, looking to join a vibrant, multi-disciplinary Allied Health team. This role is ideal for a creative, flexible and innovative clinician who has exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with customers, families, and other professionals.

• Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy services that are focused on customer needs and goals and improving activities of daily living.
• Use a holistic approach to enable older people to engage in meaningful and reablement-focused tasks.
• Establish rapport with customers and their families, carers and other health professionals to maximise customer outcomes.

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
• A sound knowledge of the ageing process, the principles of self-management and the promotion of positive ageing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers from different cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
