Are you passionate about REAL ESTATE and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Real Estate Property Officer, responsible for handling the day-to-day activities of a busy REAL ESTATE office, predominantly the holiday rent roll. Responsibilities include handling guest bookings, welcoming guests, and clients in the office, arranging and coordinating property maintenance for both holiday and permanent rental properties, coordinating cleaners, liaising with landlords and tenants, routine inspections and general reception duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a strong team player and have a keen eye for detail.
You will need:
- Current driver’s licence + your own reliable transport
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Possess a very strong work ethic with a high level of motivation to have a career in REAL ESTATE
- Both the desire & capacity to build solid client relationships
- Possess strong time management skills
- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate OR be prepared to obtain it
- Self-driven but also able to work in a small team environment
- Must be particular about attention to detail
- Friendly & outgoing disposition & a strong team player
- Must be willing to work every 3rd Saturday morning from 9am to midday
Duties will include:
- Handle guest bookings & enquiries
- Reception duties, including answering phones & greeting clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, tenants & property owners
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Daily banking & invoicing
- Check in holiday homes before arrival & check out homes after guests leave
- Daily coordinating of cleaners & linen etc
- Coordinate property inspections & liaise with tenants & property owners
- Manage maintenance requests & coordinate repairs
- Conduct ingoing & outgoing property inspections
- Assist with leasing & tenancy administration
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in REAL ESTATE or hospitality preferred but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of property management software, Console Cloud & RMS, is a plus
