We’re Seeking: A dedicated Property Assistant to enhance our leasing and property management operations.
Your Experience:
- No prior real estate experience required
- We provide all the training you need to excel
Your Qualifications:
- Real estate certificate (or the willingness to obtain one)
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car
- Availability to work on Saturdays
- Strong organizational, time management, and administrative abilities
- Eagerness to grow within the property industry
Your Role:
- Administrative duties: filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Leasing tasks: preparing and processing contracts and agreements
- Inspections: conducting routine checks and reporting issues
- Maintenance coordination: managing repair requests for properties

Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
