Job Summary
Our Sales Executives are integral to our business and are valued. This is a full-time role and if you're someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, has a can do attitude and enjoys engaging with customers, then we would love to meet with you. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This is a great opportunity if you're looking to work for a premium Australian business with immediate commencement available at our DFO Fyshwick store.

What the role will entail:
- Greet customers upon entry, assess their needs, and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products available in the store to answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers.
- Utilise effective selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives by sharing ideas for improvement or promotional opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent education level is required; additional certifications related to sales or retail would be advantageous.
- Must have availability for flexible working hours including evenings, weekends and possibly public holidays
- Proficiency in using POS systems for processing transactions is desired.
