The successful applicant will display the following skills, experience and attributes:
- At least 6+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Professional Certified SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Consultant
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core, Time Management, Offboarding 1.0/2.0, Reporting (Canvas, Tiles, Dashboards), People Analytics
- SAP ECC 6.0 HANA, Functional Implementation, Analysis
- Tableau-based SLA management, SQL-based query design on SF
- SAP Trainings & Workshops, Project Management
- Extensive experience with SAP Finance and/or Assets modules
- A degree in IT or business or relevant Business Analysis accreditation.
- BPMN (v2.0), UML and Use Case development experience
- Excellent understanding of business process mapping, gathering of business, functional and technical requirements, and translating to business systems solution design and technology selection.
- A strong ability to estimate, plan and manage business analysis work schedules.
- Solid knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest advancements in SAP applications. Strong technical SAP knowledge
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels and across all disciplines, and especially with key project stakeholders to minimise potential disruptions to the business.
- Flexibility and adaptability; able to work in ambiguous situations with resilience, tenacity and a propensity to persevere.
- Graduation/Post-graduation in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or in relevant field.
