The Role: Security Supervisor
We're seeking Level 5 Security Officers to enhance our team, serving as Security Supervisors within a data center. Ideal candidates will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and exceptional observational skills, with the capability of upholding high standards while working autonomously.
Reporting to the onsite Security Manager and holding a valid security licence, you'll continue to refine your skills in report writing, incident response, management and site-specific procedures as part of a global program.
You will have access to Onsite parking is provided.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster (this will include day and night shifts).
- Capacity to coordinate Security Officers' work in a team setting.
- Resilience, adaptability to change, and commitment to weekly training.
- Capable of assisting in the provision of training.
- Current NSW Security Licence 1A.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
