Salary- We are looking for an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to ensure our supply chain and logistics operations function properly. In this role, you'll collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to create effective business plans, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experience in e commerce platforms, as well as great leadership and communication ability. If you meet these criteria and also possess a strategic, analytical mind, we'd like to hear from you.
Duties and responsibilities
- Supply chain management, logistics and strategic planning
- May negotiate contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements
- Coordinate company products and services, o ensure the re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
- Quality and cost requirement delivery
- Monitoring of sales channels on leading platforms to manage purchase, storage and Distribution transactions
- Managing customers relation-satisfaction concerning complaints and feedbacks
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
- Creativity in sales and marketing
- Efficient customer service management
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to challenge and deliver business improvement
- A bachelor's degree or higher and/or a highly relevant qualification
Work Experience
- 2 years + minimum experience within the same industry (Marketing, E-Commerce, Supply Chain)
- Can navigate e commerce leading platforms
- Knows how to manage and lead a team in an organization
