About your new branch
The Chief Technology Office department is responsible for the delivery of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services and information services . These services include infrastructure, communications, ICT policies, application management, ICT project management and service management.
About your new role
The Functional Analyst will assist the various business areas to understand business objectives, questions, problems and work with internal teams and external vendors to maximise City's value generation from its ServiceNow Platform.

- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team, set priorities and effectively manage time
- Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels with customers, team members and other stakeholders
- Motivated to help our customers get the most from their investments
- Ability to problem solve, research, and find solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge and skills in ServiceNow platform
- Experience in configuring and supporting ServiceNow
- ServiceNow certification highly desirable, or willingness to attain
- Relevant tertiary education desirable
