South West Alliance of Regional Health services a population of more than 429,000 people, across a land area in southern Victoria of 32,000 square kilometres. We are embarking on the refresh of the Electronic Health Record application that underpins the clinical operations of multiple (11) health sites. With the refresh of our Electronic Health Records application, we are taking the opportunity to review and refine the way our organisation works. Our desire is to take advantage of all that the new technology has to offer, to exploit the capabilities of the application as we will align them with our clinical best practices.The
Functional Analyst is a key member of the SWARH Applications Team delivering the Trak-Edition Project for 11 health services in the South West region. This Project is a major undertaking requiring significant configuration. The role will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to identify requirements and translate those into workable solutions. The role will undertake a broad range of configuration to meet agreed needs, be involved in an iterative process of testing and refining solutions until successful completion. Multiple bodies of work will be undertaken simultaneously by various members of the team according to the Project Plan and timelines.Work with like-minded people striving to better enable community health outcomes through the use of technology.You will have the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled, professional, friendly and dedicated workforce who take pride in providing high-quality service.
