The Role
This role is for an experienced Functions Sous Chef to come on board and assist the Head Chef in leading the team. Focused on driving business through function areas predominantly, this opportunity allows for an individual to liaise with their customers, develop menus to suit and influence their clients experience with their creativity and professionalism. You will need to hit the ground running and be flexible and adaptable in this ever changing role.

- Experience and passion for function and events menus
- Ability to drive and motivate a team to meet and exceed KPI's
- Proven ability to work under pressure and produce high-quality food with a high degree of consistency
- Creativity with fresh products and excellent quality control
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
