This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a well renowned property investor, working alongside experience accountants, and gaining exposure to multiple asset classes across Aus and NZ.
With close to $2bn in funds under management and a portfolio spread across NZ and AUS, they are an exciting prospect for any individual.
This is a new position due to the continued growth of the organisation and the need to grow the accounts team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for all entities including preparation of business activity statements.
- Assist with half year review/year end audit process for all funds and entities.
- Preparation of IFRS financial reports and cashflow statements.
- Facilitate the preparation of income tax returns for all entities.
- Preparation of trust distribution statements/annual tax statements.
- Preparation of half year investor reports for high net worth funds.
- Debt facility compliance.
- Assist with the establishment of new funds, including acquisition accounting for new properties.
- Accounting for asset disposals and coordinating the wind-up of trusts.
