About the role
Initially this a permament part time role with approximately 20 hours on offer however more hours will be considered in the future.
Our new teammate would be an experienced nurse with high standards of patient care and confidence to perform in all aspects of Veterinary Nursing. If you love a surgery day we would love to hear from you!
This is a hands-on nursing role where you will get to use your skills to place IV catheters, set up fluids, monitor anesthetics using multiparameter monitoring, perform nurse consults and love all things nursing.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary TechnicianDegree is essential
- 3+ years’ experience with well-rounded nursing skills.
- Ability to mentor trainee nurses andcomfortable with the occasional sole charge nursing.
- Registered Veterinary Nurses are highly regarded.
