About The Opportunity
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for meeting with customers to identify faults, following procedures to diagnose and solve problems, providing quotes, and replacing garage doors and openers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Meet with customers to identify faults and diagnose issues
- Solve problems and perform necessary adjustments
- Ensure proper lubrication and adjustment of guides
- Provide quotes for repairs and replacements
- Replace garage doors and openers
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A background in mechanical work or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities
- An eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Great customer service skills and White Card
- Asbestos & Silica Awareness or willing to obtain
- Working With Vulnerable (WWVP) or willing to obtain
