The RN works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes or a dignified death. The Graduate Nurse Program is designed to assist the newly qualified RN in the transition from student to registered practioner as a valued member of our healthcare team.What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse• Demonstrate commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team• Able to use basic computer software applications• Ensure clinical documentation is written/typed using clear, concise and grammatically correct language• Communicates well with and relates to consumers from a wide range of cultures andbackgroundsWhat NextDocuments required to be uploaded to erecuit:1.
