About the role
We are looking for an experienced full time General Manager to lead the team in Randwick, providing oversight, coordination and delivery of care that celebrates our residents and their life stories. You will be a strong leader, with a positive outlook and ability to bring the team on a journey which is aligned with SummitCare's core values. We are seeking someone who has a passion for aged care and has a genuine interest in making a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents.

Skills and experience
- Qualifications in Aged Care Management / Business Management
- Current registration with AHPRA (RN essential)
- Demonstrated success in clinical leadership roles
- A good working knowledge of clinical governance
- The ability to lead and build teams and be a team player
- Effective communication skills and the ability to engage and influence all stakeholders, including employees, residents and families
- Ability to be innovative in the provision of clinical care in Aged Care
- Proficiency and understanding of computer applications and electronic care management system.
