Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a General Manager of Retail & Commercial Partnerships to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

Who we're seeking?
A passionate, fair, communicative, socially responsible and customer obsessed General Manager who prides themselves on relationships and team member success.
You will have a passion and drive for outstanding services standards, combined with a demonstrated history of developing, coaching, and mentoring your team towards this. An infectious positively and ability to motivate your team, while being resilient, calm and able to manage dynamic and pressure situations. Relevant experience includes management of multi-Retail Operations and business relationship management. This will show your senior leadership exposure that demonstrates your solid business acumen and suitability for the responsibility, management, profitability of our operation.

Key Duties
There are two aspects about this role, on one side you will be an operationally minded who leads from the front by managing all aspects of the Retail Operations. You will empower the team to drive high levels of consumer satisfaction throughout all aspects of retail. The other side is being the face of voyages while maintaining our resort-wide partners through efficient contract management, transparent communication and compliance review of these businesses.
