This position requires a highly motivated and experienced manager, who is flexible, has the ability to manage with strong interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative approach to quality service delivery.
In this role you will manage the day to day running of the Aged Care home along with all staff associated. You will have the support of a Care Manager and all floor staff, along with all head office and roving functions.
