Lutheran Homes Group (LHG) is actively seeking a dynamic individual to join us as General Manager Enterprise Risk. In this role, reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead our enterprise-wide risk management efforts, ensuring that our strategic frameworks and risk systems effectively identify and mitigate risks impacting LHG. You will have oversight of all Enterprise Risk matters, providing essential assurance to the CFO and Risk Committee.
In this role, you will lead LHG's risk management framework development and implementation, collaborate with executives to identify and mitigate business risks, and drive continuous improvement in risk management systems. You will also establish a risk auditing program, prepare detailed risk reports and recommendations, and implement standardized audit methodologies. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree or certification - preferred.
- Over five years of Enterprise Risk management experience, with leadership roles.
- Healthcare or aged care sector experience - preferred.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and frameworks.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing risk frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
