General Manager- Franchise Operations

Dynamic and growing privately owned National Franchise group is seeking to appoint a General Manager Operations to spearhead the next phase of product expansion, Franchise development and refining the commercial framework for the future. With an amazing heritage, progressive CEO and Board, this role is pivotal to group franchise relationships and providing the tools and support for Franchisees to grow the bottom line.  The company competes in the ever evolving world of digital print, design, signage and ecommerce marketing solutions to start-ups and medium to large businesses across Australia.
  
Whilst there has been a period of reinvigorating the brand and a focus on building a culture of innovation in the vibrant digital landscape, this role will have outstanding foundations to build on to further realise national growth and segment leadership presence. As a critical support to the CEO, this role encompasses full operational leadership in delivering solutions and business support to a franchise group of 100 business owners. Paramount to the success of this role will be the effectiveness and rapport with the national Franchise Advisory Counsel, further building trust and commercial connection to deliver a competitive offering to customers against the ‘corporate’ e-commerce and digital competitors.
