About the Role
We currently have an opportunity available for a Garden Maintenance supervisor to join the Caulfield team on a full-time permanent basis. We are looking for someone with an aspiration to grow the business and share in the success. You will be responsible for crew leadership in regards to equipment operation, lawn and Garden Maintenance. You will also be provided with further training and qualifications if required.
Key Duties
- Crew leadership and training
- Ownership and management of local gardens
- High end Garden Maintenance work
- Recruitment and hiring
- Good time management and communication
- Operate and care for machinery and equipment
About You
- A minimum of 3 years gardening experience
- A desire to take ownership of the gardens and this role
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
- Clean and tidy presentation
- Enjoys physical work
