Pay Details:
- $90,000 Negotiable
- FREE Accommodation & Meals
- Onsite Accommodation provided
Duties include but not limited to:
- Day to day management of all aspects of the hotel covering accommodation, bottle shop and food & beverage outlets
- Recruitment, Supervision, training and mentoring of a team of up to 40 staff
- Staff rosters, time sheets in-line with budgets
- Stock control, stock ordering and undertaking stock takes-pricing of stock
- Liaising with suppliers
- Planning of onsite events, functions
- General administration duties including processing of invoices, time sheets to offsite accounts / payroll departments
- Financial management of the venue including budgets, wage costs, P&L's
- Ensure compliance of the venue with liquor licensing, food safety, OH&S
- Liaise with onsite guests & customers
- Work with other department heads to ensure all hotel business requirements are met
- General reporting of hotel operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role managing a busy venue in a hands on capacity
- Passion for offering excellence in customer service
- Experience coaching and mentoring employees of all nationalities
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
- Hold a Current WA Approved Managers License or able to obtain
- Hold a current Police Clearance
