The Marlow Hotel Group needs a seasoned, driven and ambitious General Manager to lead the redeveloped Mill Hotel, Milperra.
A large format multi-faceted venue, the hotel boasts 4 bars, a bistro, function room, gaming room, Bottleshop, accommodation, TAB/Keno and a sports/lounge bar. This venue, which has undergone a multimillion dollar renovation, requires a true leader, who wants to take their career and the hotel to the next level.
Whilst receiving plenty of support and counsel from a hands on senior leadership team, you will enjoy autonomy in your role and freedom to get the job done your way.
The perfect candidate will have:
- Experience in a GM/VM/licensee role in a similar sized venue
- Experience in leading gaming rooms, TAB/keno food & beverage operations and understanding of revenue levers
- Sound knowledge of bistro operations
- Passion for Aussie sports
- Strong leadership and culture-building skills, with the ability to influence change in your teams
- A passion for leading and developing people and venues
- Knowledge of the compliance requirements in NSW
